I have been asked for ID?

Ocassionally you may be asked to provide additional ID when raising an order on the UVify Store, especially when making high value purchases. We do this to help prevent fraudelent orders being raised on the UVify store.

If your purchase is flagged as high risk, a representative from UVify will contact you asking for additional proof before we can ship your order.

You may be asked to provide the following forms of ID

 

  • A Utility bill header dated within the last 3 months showing your name and address (Must match shipping address)
  • Photo ID such as a Driving license or Passport
  • A Photo of the front of the card you used to make the purchase (Showing only the last 4 digits and the name)

 

Please reply to the email which was sent to you, ensuring your order number is listed as well as your proof of ID attached.

Failure to provide these within 72 hours of the request will result in us cancelling your order and refunding the payment method which we billed for the order.
